Event Packages & Fundraising Incentives


Participants that meet certain thresholds above the fundraising minimum can earn incentives such as commemorative medallions, Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets and more. Fundraising totals may be reached through personal payments, donations from others or a combination of both.

Prize Fulfillment Details
Prizes earned up to the event date, including t-shirts, pins, medallions or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets* (if applicable), must be picked up during event check-in August 1st - 2nd. More information can be found on our Event Check-In Page.

Pre-event shipping is not available for this year's event.

*Note: CHOC Walk Day ($375 level) tickets will not be provided after August 3, 2025 and are only available for pick up at event check in on August 1st or 2nd. 

Participants who have earned additional prizes by the post-event fundraising deadline (September 3, 2025) will be eligible for post-event fulfillment. An email will be sent to eligible participants with details on how to redeem their incentive prize(s). Post-event incentive fulfillment options include:

    • Date & time(s) to be announced
  • Shipping option
    • Participants will need to make an additional $10 donation to have their items shipped to their home 
    • Expected arrival: October-November 2025
    • Items will be sent to address on file on your CHOC Walk registration. Kindly note that prizes will NOT be sent to P.O. boxes
  • Opt-out of prizes
    • Participants also have the option to opt out of receiving event incentives
    • Any participants who do not respond to the emailed survey will automatically opt out of receiving post-event prizes. 
  • Deadline to complete fulfillment survey will be announced at a later date. Participants who respond after the deadline will not be eligible for shipping.

Prize rules and restrictions
  • Prizes will be awarded based on time stamped receipt of gift online.
  • All donations in form of cash or check must be received by the CHOC Foundation offices, verified, and date stamped in order to qualify funds toward prize packages.
  • Prizes are limited and subject to availability.
  • CHOC reserves the right to provide equivalents or adjust delivery schedule due to limitations in quantities.
  • Matching gifts may need to be verified by your employer, and may not be counted based on availability of your employers funds.
  • CHOC is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes and will not be able to replace them.
  • CHOC is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to bad or incorrect addresses provided.
  • Should participants' prizes be returned to CHOC because of an invalid or incomplete address, CHOC will attempt to contact the winner.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to update their address should they move.
  • Participants may update their mailing addresses on their CHOC Walk Fundraising Dashboard, by logging into their account.
  • Prizes will NOT be sent to P.O. boxes.
  • Notification of change of address must be submitted to CHOC by September 3, 2025.
  • Participants are responsible for reporting winnings to local and Federal agencies.
  • The fair market value of prize packages will be available at a later date.
