Event Check in


CHOC Walk check-in is on August 1 & 2 for participants to pick up their event-required wristbands and fundraising incentives, including earned prizes and Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets (for those who meet the fundraising requirements).

Check-in Hours

  • Location
    • Location to be announced.
  • Hours
    • Friday, August 1, 2025: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    • Saturday, August 2, 2025: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • Check-in will not be available on Sunday, August 3 (event day)

Check-in Details

  • All participants must check in before the event on either August 1 or 2, 2025, to pick up their event wristband prior to attending the event. 
  • Participants may:
    • Utilize this time to turn in any last-minute cash or checks, or pay the remainder of the balance toward their fundraising minimum.
    • Pick up fundraising prizes earned up to that point, which may include t-shirt, commemorative pin and medallion, or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (if you've met the required fundraising threshold).​
    • Check in for family, friends or teammates who have met the $125 fundraising minimum.  
      • *Note: in order for someone else to pick up your Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets, you will need to send an email to chocwalk@choc.org with your written consent.
  • Pre-event shipments will not be available for this year's event.


Post-Event Prize Fulfillment

If you're unable to pick up incentive prizes during check-in or you've earned additional prizes since the event, you may be eligible for post-event fulfillment. To review all guidelines regarding post-event prize fulfillment, please visit our Event Incentive Packages Page.
