CHOC Adventure in the Park

August 27, 2022

Event Check-in / Incentive Pickup

All participants must pick up their incentives/swag prior to the event or have items shipped post-event.
All $200+ participants must check-in the day of the event in order to pick up their Park ticket(s) and event wristbands. A Park ticket is required to enter the Resort and an event wristband is required in order to gain entry into the private party at Disney California Adventure® Park.

Incentive Pick-up & Fund Drop Off

August 19 - August 20
  • Only days to pick up your CHOC swag incentive items before the event -  including shirt, pin, socks & $650 level Disneyland® Park ticket.
    • These items will not be available to pick up on the day of the event at the Disneyland® Resort - only during these swag pick up days.
    • If you are not able to pick up your swag during this time, a team captain or family member is encouraged to pick up your items in your place.
  • Drop off any last minute funds & speak with CHOC staff for personalized support

  *NOTE: a pre-event shipment option will not be available this year. All items must be picked-up in person (physically) before the event or be delivered via post-event shipment. See below for details on post-event shipment.

Event-Day Check-In

August 27
  • Only day to pick up materials needed to enter the event - including your Disney California Adventure® Park ticket and private party event wristband. 
    • Check-in time: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
    • ​Check-in location: Disneyland® Resort Esplanade
  • ​Funds will not be accepted on the day of the event - all cash/checks need to be dropped off during Funds Drop Off on August 19-20 (see above).



  Funds Deadline

  • The deadline to have all your fundraising monies in your account to participate in the in person event experience is Saturday, August 20, 2022​ by 6 pm.
  • Anyone that has not reached their minimum $200 for in person attendance at Disney California Adventure® will have the credit card on file charged the remaining balance on Monday, August 22. If you don't wish to have your card charged, you may forfeit your spot by August 18th. 


Post Event Prize Fulfillment

  • Fundraising will continue through September 27, 2022, to allow more time for participants to raise more funds for prize eligibility
    • *Note: any prizes offered at the Disneyland® Resort are ONLY available on Saturday, August 27. Park tickets cannot be used on a later date.
  • Any additional fundraising incentives earned up to the deadline, or not picked up at the event, will be mailed out in November 2022.
  • As soon as your package has been sent out, we will send you an email to let you know about the estimated delivery.
  • The address provided during registration is the address your CHOC Walk items will be sent to - please be sure to provide a valid address.
