Event Check in


CHOC Walk check-in is happening on July 19 and 20 at The Westin Anaheim Resort for participants to pick up their event wristbands, earned prizes and Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets (for those meeting the required fundraising thresholds).

Fundraising deadline for $350 CHOC Walk day package now closed.
All participants that reached this level by 7/19 by 9pm will receive their ticket at event check in.

Check-in Hours

  • Location

  • Hours
    • Friday, July 19, 2024: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    • Saturday, July 20, 2024: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • Check-in will not be available on Sunday, July 21 (event day)
      • Wristband replacement table
        • ​This table will be available at the Disneyland® Resort on the morning of the event but will only be able to assist those who lost their wristband (with $125 in their account).
        • Location: Disneyland® Resort Esplanade
        • Open time: 5:00am

Check-in Details

  • All participants need to check in before the event on either July 19 or 20, 2024, to pick up their event wristband to attend the event. 
  • Check-in is also the time for participants to turn in any last-minute cash or checks or pay the remainder of the balance toward their fundraising minimum.
  • Participants will also be able to pick up all fundraising prizes earned up to that point, including the commemorative pin, medallion and t-shirt along with Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (if meeting the required fundraising threshold).​
  • Family, friends or teammates can check in for you as long as you have met the minimum. 
    • *Note: in order to for someone to pick up your Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets, you will need to send an email to chocwalk@choc.org with your written consent.
  • Pre-event shipments will not be available for this year's event.




Post-Event Prize Fulfillment

  • Any participants with t-shirts, pins, medallions or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets earned up to the August 21, 2024 deadline, or not picked up during check-in, will receive an emailed survey after the event with details on available pickup options.
  • Incentive fulfillment options include:
    • CHOC office pickup dates

      • Hours: to be determined
    • Shipping option
      • Please note - participants will need to pay an additional $10 donation in order to have their items shipped to their home. 
      • Expected arrival: mid-October 2024
      • Sent to address on file on your CHOC Walk registration
    • Opt out of prizes:
      • Participants also have the option to opt out of receiving event incentives. 
      • Any participants who do not respond to the emailed survey will automatically opt out of receiving post-event prizes. 
  • *Deadline to complete your prize fulfillment survey - forthcoming.
    • Participants who respond after the deadline will not be eligible for shipping.
