Event Check-in


CHOC Walk check-in takes place July 31 - Aug. 1, when participants will pick up their required event wristbands and fundraising incentives, including earned prizes and Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets for those who meet the fundraising requirements.

Check-In Hours

  • Location
    • The Westin Anaheim Resort
    • 1030 W Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802

  • Hours
    • Friday, July 31, 2026: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
    • Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
    • Check-in will not be available on Sunday, Aug. 2 (event day)

Check-In Details

  • All participants must check in on either July 31 or Aug. 1, 2026, to receive their event wristband prior to participating in the Walk. 
  • During check-in, participants may:
    • Turn in any last-minute cash or checks or pay the remainder of the balance toward their fundraising minimum.
    • Pick up fundraising prizes earned up to date, which may include event shirt, commemorative pin, medallion, or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets (if the required fundraising threshold has been met).​
    • Check in for family, friends, or teammates who have each met their $125 fundraising minimum.  

Ticket Pickup Permissions
    • To authorize someone to pick up your Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets on your behalf, you must email chocwalk@choc.org with written consent prior to pick up.
    • Team captains automatically have permission to pick up tickets for their entire team during check-in.
      • If you do not want your captain to pick up your tickets, please email chocwalk@choc.org.
    • No email is required if someone is just picking up your wristband and t-shirt—authorization is needed only for Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets.


Post-Event Prize Fulfillment

If you're unable to pick up incentive prizes during check-in or you've earned additional prizes since the event, you may be eligible for post-event fulfillment. To review all guidelines regarding post-event prize fulfillment, please visit our Event Incentive Packages Page.  
 
Note: Pre-event shipments will not be available for this year's event.
