Post Event details

• Any participants with t-shirts, pins, medallions or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets earned up to the September 3, 2025 deadline, or not picked up during check-in, will receive an emailed survey after the deadline with details on available pickup options.

  • For those that were unable to pickup a future Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets during check in because we ran out - you will receive the same survey above. If you do not receive an email by late September please send an email to chocwalk@choc.org.
• Incentive fulfillment options include:
  • CHOC office pickup dates: 
    • Address: 1120 W La Veta Ave, Orange CA 92868
    • Scheduled dates / times to be determined - more details coming soon.
  • Shipping option: 
    • Please note - participants will need to pay an additional $10 donation in order to have their items shipped to their home. 
    • Expected arrival: mid-November 2025
    • Sent to address on file on your CHOC Walk registration - to update your address, see directions below.
  • Opt out of prizes:
    • Participants also have the option to opt out of receiving event incentives. 
    • Any participants who do not respond to the emailed survey will automatically opt out of receiving post-event prizes.

  • Participants who respond after the deadline will not be eligible for shipping.

• Post-event prize deadline: September 3, 2025 
  • All donations including matching gifts, must be received by this date.
  • Prizes will be awarded based on time stamped receipt of gift online.
  • All donations in form of cash or check must be received by the CHOC Foundation offices, verified, and date stamped by September 3 in order to qualify funds towards prize packages.
  • Matching gifts need to be verified by your employer, and may not be counted based on availability of your employers funds.
• Post event shipping: if shipment option for an additional donation is selected, post-event prizes will arrive between November - Deceember 2025.
  • Prizes will NOT be sent to P.O. boxes.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to update their address should they move.
    • Participants may update their mailing addresses on their CHOC Walk Fundraising Dashboard, by logging into their account. See details below.
  • CHOC is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to bad or incorrect addresses provided.
  • Notification of change of address must be submitted to CHOC by September 3, 2025.
  • Should participants' prizes be returned to CHOC because of an invalid or incomplete address, CHOC will attempt to contact the winner.
  • CHOC is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes and will not be able to replace them.
• All prizes are graciously donated and quantities are limited and subject to availability.
• CHOC reserves the right to provide equivalents or adjust delivery schedule due to limitations in quantities.
