Post-Event Prize Fulfillment
 
 
  • Any participants with t-shirts, pins, medallions or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets earned up to the August 21, 2024 deadline, or not picked up during check-in, will receive an emailed survey after the deadline with details on available pickup options.
    • Survey will be sent out at the end of August - stay tuned for more details.

    • For those that were unable to pick up a CHOC Walk medallion during check in because we ran out of merchandise - an additional shipment will be available by the fundraising deadline (August 21). You will receive a separate survey - if you do not receive an email by early September please send an email to chocwalk@choc.org.
  • Incentive fulfillment options include:

    • Shipping option
      • Please note - participants will need to pay an additional $10 donation in order to have their items shipped to their home. 
      • Expected arrival: mid-October 2024
      • Sent to address on file on your CHOC Walk registration - to update your address see directions below.
    • Opt out of prizes:
      • Participants also have the option to opt out of receiving event incentives. 
      • Any participants who do not respond to the emailed survey will automatically opt out of receiving post-event prizes. 
  • *Deadline to complete your prize fulfillment survey - Wednesday, September 11
    • Participants who respond after the deadline will not be eligible for shipping.


Fundraising Deadline Details

 
  • Post-event prize deadline: August 21 
    • All donations including matching gifts, must be received by this date.
    • Prizes will be awarded based on time stamped receipt of gift online.
    • All donations in form of cash or check must be received by the CHOC Foundation offices, verified, and date stamped by August 21 in order to qualify funds towards prize packages.
    • Matching gifts need to be verified by your employer, and may not be counted based on availability of your employers funds.
  • Post event shipping: if shipment option for an additional donation is selected, post-event prizes will arrive between October - November 2024.
    • Prizes will NOT be sent to P.O. boxes.
    • It is the responsibility of the participant to update their address should they move.
      • Participants may update their mailing addresses on their CHOC Walk Fundraising Dashboard, by logging into their account. See details below.
    • CHOC is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to bad or incorrect addresses provided.
    • Notification of change of address must be submitted to CHOC by August 21, 2024.
    • Should participants' prizes be returned to CHOC because of an invalid or incomplete address, CHOC will attempt to contact the winner.
    • CHOC is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes and will not be able to replace them.
  • All prizes are graciously donated and quantities are limited and subject to availability.
  • CHOC reserves the right to provide equivalents or adjust delivery schedule due to limitations in quantities.
