Thank you for joining Colt's Crew! We're so excited you'll be participating in CHOC's first-ever Virtual Walk in the Park to raise funds for CHOC Children's Hospital! Colt spent nine days in CHOC's NICU after he and his mom suffered an extremely rare Amniotic Fluid Embolism during birth. During his stay, he underwent therapeutic hypothermia (a cooling blanket therapy) due to the lack of oxygen and blood flow to his brain. Colt has recovered better than expected and is a healthy, happy one-year-old who loves sticks, dirt, and all things boy. The team at CHOC continues to monitor Colt to make sure he is meeting his milestones. CHOC’s Virtual Walk will give us a chance to make a difference for the kids in our community while joining a one-of-a-kind experience that will transport us virtually to the happiest walk on earth.
