I'm so excited to be participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 2, to raise funds for Rady Children's Health (Rady Children's), formerly CHOC!

This year is especially meaningful to me because it marks FIVE years since I joined Rady Children's. As Associate Director of Digital Marketing, I have the distinct privilege and honor of sharing and amplifying the stories of our patients, families, and care teams every day. Through these stories, I've seen firsthand how our community's generosity is transforming lives—funding groundbreaking research, life-saving programs, compassionate care, and more moments of hope and healing for children and families when they need it most. 

One of my favorite days each year is CHOC Walk in the Park, when thousands of supporters come together for an unforgettable early morning stroll through Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park before the parks open to the public. It's a magical experience filled with inspiring moments and a powerful reminder of what our community can accomplish together.

More than two million children a year depend on Rady Children's. And your generosity is what helps provide access to the best possible care and services, making initiatives like CHOC Walk in the Park so important. Every dollar raised from this magical event is to make brighter futures possible for the children in our community.
