Children's Hospital Orange County (CHOC) has always held a special place in my heart. I've participated in the CHOC Walk for more than 15 years. This year I'm walking with the CHOC Glass Slipper Guild.  

The walk isn't just a 5K. It's a time for the community to come together and support CHOC while honoring those who fought courageous battles. Some battles were won and others were not. Despite the heartache and tears, we continue to support the mission, "To nurture, advance, and protect the health and well-being of children." 

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
