Hi everyone and welcome to James’ CHOC Walk Fundraising Page!

We are so excited to be participating in the 2025 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 3, to raise funds for CHOC!

As many of you know James was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy in November of 2023. Over the last 1.5 years James has been in and out of CHOC hospital and is followed by many of the CHOC specialists. It is because of all the care and support these amazing nurses, doctors & therapists have provided James that we are able to watch him start to thrive and  engage with the world around him. Watching him smile, laugh and grow stronger each and every day is such a blessing we do not take for granted.

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
