I am walking in honor of our son Dallas, he was born a preemie at 29 weeks, weighing only 3lbs. He was in the NICU for a while, until we could bring him home, he suffered a massive stroke at just 3 months old, which lead to other medical issues such as Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy Epilepsy, Vision Impairment, two different blood disorders . CHOC has been by our side since day one, they have taken amazing care of Dallas, CHOC is our second home. All the amazing CHOC doctors, we can't thank them enough for everything they have done to help Dallas out. All his hospital stays, doctor visits, even picking up his medications, everyone is so nice and friendly. In 2026, he will be getting the RNS device implant to control his seizure at CHOC. Any donations will help other kids as well!

I'm so excited to be participating in the 2025 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 3, to raise funds for CHOC!
I can't wait to reunite with our Walk community for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind experience filled with special entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.
Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
