Hi everyone!

My name is Ezra, and I’m so excited to welcome you to the CHOC Walk in the Park! This day means so much to me—because CHOC is more than just a hospital to me. It’s the place that helped fix my heart—twice! I’ve had two open-heart surgeries at CHOC and still go there a lot for checkups and care from the amazing cardiology team. They’re like family to me.

Even though I’ve been through a lot, CHOC always made me feel brave, safe, and never alone. The nurses, doctors, and everyone there really care about kids like me. And today, we’re all walking together to help even more kids get that same love and care.

Thank you for being here and for walking for kids like me. Your support helps make miracles happen. Let’s make this day full of hope, smiles, and a lot of heart!
