I'm so excited to be participating in the 2025 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 3, to raise funds for CHOC!

Ever since becoming a mom and meeting other mothers of children with special needs—through friends, family and our broader community—I’ve felt a deep desire to give back and support these precious, resilient children.

Over the past four months, my husband and I have taken our son Adam to CHOC three times for evaluations related to his speech impairment. Each time we’ve been there, we’ve seen other children facing far more serious medical challenges. It’s truly heartbreaking 💔 and has moved us to take action, even in a small way.
 

And so I’m asking for your help! Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
