Hello Friends and Family!
I'm so excited to be participating in the 2024 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, July 21st, to raise funds for CHOC, Children's Hospital of Orange County.
As many of you know, Children's Hospitals have a special place in my heart. At APU, I participated in many Dance Marathons to raise money for CHLA, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Last year was my first time participating in the CHOC Walk and it definitely was a day to remember! Not even a STORM could stop us! Yes, the event was still held in the middle of that insane near tropical storm that hit LA last August. With the support of so many of you, I was personally able to raise $900!! Collectively my team Nurses Day at the Park raised $30,000 for CHOC!!! I walked away completely SOAKED and my heart BURSTING with JOY!
I am SO EXCITED to again combine my love of Disney with an amazing opportunity to raise funds for CHOC. I have seen first hand the blessings these hospitals provide for families in need.
I am a BIG believer in sharing your DREAMS and goals to allow others in and make it a reality. I want to SMASH my personal and team fundraising from last year...why FTK of course. For The Kids!
Personal Goal: $1,200
Team Goal: $35,000
Every dollar raised from this MAGICAL event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. Help me exceed my fundraising goal for the benefit of the children and families of Southern California by:
