TWINFINITY AND BEYOND

CHOC will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
At 16 weeks, I was diagnosed with TTTS (Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome), which meant both boys were sharing nutrients and blood supply in the womb.
I underwent laser ablation surgery, which then led to an early delivery at 29 weeks and 6 days. Weighing just over and just under three pounds, Grayson had to have immediate surgery to his arm due to ABS (Amniotic Band Syndrome), which was not discovered until birth.
Our boys spent 51 and 53 days in the NICU. After their arrival home, at six months old, Grayson had surgery to remove the lower lobe of his left lung due to a lung abnormality, as well as hernia surgery along with Jackson.
We are blessed to say that our now two and a half year old boys are thriving.
This wouldn't be the case if it weren't for all of the amazing surgeons, doctors, and nurses who helped save our babies' lives, and made us feel like family along the way.
We are honored to participate as a family in our 2nd Annual CHOC Walk for our miracle babies and CHOC staff. We can't even begin to express how thankful we are, so please help us show that gratitude to CHOC's amazing team and reach our goal by donating to research, education, and healthcare programs for other families just like ours.
You can do so by clicking the "Donate" button above.
Many thanks in advance for helping contribute to the care for so many children and their families.
With love and gratitude,
The Landgraf Family
