Welcome to our CHOC Walk Team Page!
In Honor Of Kayden Davis
In honor of Kayden Davis
We are so excited to be participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 2, to raise funds for Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC!
Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC. More than two million children a year depend on Rady's. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
When Kayden was born she was diagnosed with PKU (Phenylketonuria). PKU is a metabolic disorder where the body can not break down the protein phenylalanine. If this protein is not broken down it can cause multiple issues in the body. With the help and support from CHOC Hospital our family received the care, education, and support we needed while Kayden was being treated for her PKU. This is why this walk and fundraiser is so important to us. We would love to give back to the hospital that helped our family and so many others in their time of need.
You can help us exceed our fundraising goal for the benefit of the children's health and well-being by:
-Donating now by clicking the "Donate" button above or
-Joining me at this year's event at the Disneyland® Resort by registering here
Many thanks in advance for helping us write a new future for so many children and their families.
With lots of Gratitude,
Team, In honor of Kayden Davis
