Hi! My name is Chloe Sam, and I am the co-captain of Team Coco. When I was two years old, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), which is a type of cancer that manifests in the blood and bone marrow. Since my remission in 2015, I have made it my mission to help as many kids as I can who are currently battling life-threatening diseases. It is crucial that we join together as a community to support families and children affected by this. We are endlessly grateful for your contributions and look forward to the 2026 annual CHOC Walk!

I'm so excited to be participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 2, to raise funds for Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC!

I can't wait to reunite with our Walk community for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind experience filled with special entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC. More than two million children a year depend on Rady's. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
