This year, our family is participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park because CHOC has cared for our son James—and for us. From the doctors and nurses to the specialists and support staff, we’ve experienced firsthand the compassion, expertise, and reassurance that make CHOC such a special place.
 
On Sunday, August 2, all four of us—Anne, Justin, Charlie, and James—will be walking through Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park as Team James, alongside thousands of other families and supporters raising funds for children’s health.
 
CHOC, now part of Rady Children’s Health, provides exceptional pediatric care, research, education, and support services to children and families throughout Southern California. More than two million children depend on CHOC and Rady Children’s Health each year, and community support helps ensure every child has access to the care they need, regardless of a family’s ability to pay.
