Welcome to Miles of Magic for Madeline! ✨💗

Years ago, my mom and I participated in the CHOC Walk to support another little boy and his family. I never imagined that one day we’d be creating a team of our own.

This year, we’re honored to participate in our first CHOC Walk for Madeline.

Madeline was born with a rare genetic condition called Nabais Sa-de Vries syndrome and spent the first 84 days of her life in the NICU. She came home with a tracheostomy and a G-tube, and since then our lives have been filled with specialists, therapies, surgeries, and more milestones than we ever could have imagined.

Through every challenge, we’ve also experienced extraordinary compassion. CHOC has been there for our family through appointments, procedures, therapies, and every step of Madeline’s journey. The care we’ve received has given us hope during some of our hardest days and helped our little girl continue to thrive.

Today, we’re walking to celebrate just how far Madeline has come—and to help ensure that other children and families receive the same incredible care, hope, and support that has meant so much to us.
