I'm so excited to be participating in the 2025 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 3, to raise funds for CHOC!

This year marks my 11th year participating in the CHOC Walk, and it means more to me than ever before. Last summer, we learned that my son’s friend, Millie, who we’ve known since they were babies, was diagnosed with brain cancer. As a family, we’ve watched Millie fight courageously through her treatment at Children’s Hospital, and the incredible care and support she’s received have been a beacon of hope for all of us.

In honor of Millie and her inspiring journey, we’ve officially changed our team name from Mouseketeer Mamas to Millie’s Mouseketeers. This year, we walk not only for the cause but for Millie and every child fighting for their health and future.

CHOC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County) is doing amazing things for families like theirs
providing life-saving treatments, emotional support, and resources that make all the difference during some of the toughest times. They’ve been a source of strength not just for Millie but for countless other children and families facing unimaginable challenges.
