This 2026 CHOC walk means even more to our team because he Bruno rang the bell in June and finished his treatment. This year's walk is a celebration of healing, strength, family and community. We are hoping to be able to raise a lot more and have more participants join us in the walk. 

I am asking for your support for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and for my little nephew’s team “We Talk About Bruno.”  The hospital hosts an annual fundraiser, CHOC 5K Walk inside Disneyland Park, which raises money for both CHOC and our team. We are hoping you can help us in our efforts. Every dollar raised through the CHOC walk helps provide life-saving care, research, and support services for the kids and families. 

In March 2024, Bruno was diagnosed with leukemia at 2 years old and immediately started treatment at Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). His leukemia treatment journey has been long, difficult and challenging for both him and his family. Over the past few years, our team has raised more than $30,000 for CHOC and have had over 100 walking participants on our team. Bruno is now 4 years old and we are excited to announce that he got to Ring the Bell this month.
