On August 2nd, I will be walking in honor of Camryn Pollard, who was treated by CHOC during her 16 months of life. Though she is not here today, Camryn brought joy to the world and fought valiantly during her short time on earth. It is a privilege to walk alongside Camryn’s Crew. 

In addition, I have a personal connection to CHOC. Following two high risk pregnancies, my kids received clinical care and genuine support from the medical team at Rady Children’s Health (formerly CHOC). I am grateful for the neonatology and pediatric cardiology teams at Rady, which is why I feel compelled to raise funds for the advancement of future research, education and children’s healthcare programs.

Every dollar raised matters - More than two million children a year depend on Rady Children’s Health to provide access to the best possible care and services for kids like my daughter, who was born prematurely, for my son, who was monitored closely for a structural heart anomaly, and for Camryn, who was given more time despite challenging health conditions.
