I can't wait to walk, “Team Addie” for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind experience filled with special entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.

We are so excited and proudly walking for Addie, who amazes everyone daily with her strength and courage. Addie was born with Loeys-Dietz Syndrome (LDS), a rare connective tissue disorder, which means she requires specialized care from multiple specialist. CHOC has been such an important part of her journey—most of her specialists are there, including her cardiology team, and the craniofacial team. Addie will have surgery for her soft cleft palate, hers parents are so grateful to have such a dedicated team supporting Addie every step of the way.

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC. More than two million children a year depend on Rady's. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
