This year, I’m honored to be participating in the CHOC Walk at the Disneyland Resort as part of Miles of Magic for Madeline.

Years ago, my daughter and I walked in support of another little boy and his family. We never imagined that one day we’d be creating a team for our own granddaughter.

Watching Madeline’s journey has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. She has faced more challenges in her first year than most people face in a lifetime, yet she continues to meet each day with courage, determination, and the sweetest smile.

Our family has experienced firsthand the incredible care, compassion, and hope that children’s hospitals provide. This walk is our opportunity to celebrate how far Madeline has come while helping ensure that other children and families receive the same exceptional care and support.
