I'm so excited to be participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 2, to raise funds for Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC!

This year marks the 23rd anniversary of my 1st CHOC Walk! Since 2003 I have been walking or fundraising every year for CHOC...from walking on the Med/Surg team, creating Team Boo-Boo Busters...walking with Team NICU and also creating Team EmKay...it's been a fun time fundraising and walking.  This year I'll be walking with my Small Baby Unit team! With a growing hospital...our Neonatal department has also grown into 3 separate units! I continue to work for the tiniest humans in the SBU...micro-preemies born under 28 weeks and 1000 grams!

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC. More than two million children a year depend on Rady's. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
