In February 2024 my nephew, Joshua, was born 6 weeks early & spent his first 16 days of life in NICU-19 at CHOC hospital. The wonderful NICU nurses and doctors cared for him, giving my sister and brother-in-law a sense of security knowing their baby was in good hands.
Upon coming home Joshua faced multiple health problems but has defied odds and overcome each one. Joshy has crushed every milestone and apparently never got the memo that he was a preemie! He is a growing, thriving, joyful, energetic little boy, with a hilarious sense of humor & a flirtatious smirk that could melt any heart.
His name "Joshua" means: The Lord saves. And we can testify that God has indeed taken that tiny, weak, under-developed infant and grown him into a strong, smart, healthy toddler.
