I’m honored to be participating in the 2026 CHOC Walk in the Park, presented by Disneyland® Resort, on Sunday, August 2. This is my second year taking part in this incredible event and walking with Team NinjafightsALL in honor of my dear friend Melissa’s niece, Layila, who is courageously battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). ALL is the most common type of childhood cancer. It is a fast-growing cancer of the blood and bone marrow that affects white blood cells. Although the journey through treatment can be long and difficult, advances in pediatric cancer care and research continue to improve outcomes and give hope to children and their families.

CHOC Walk is more than just a walk—it’s a chance to come together as a community to support children facing serious illnesses. I’ll be joining thousands of walkers for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park, all while raising funds for Rady Children’s Health, formerly CHOC.

Every dollar raised helps support pediatric health care, education, and lifesaving research. More than two million children each year rely on Rady Children’s Health, and community generosity makes it possible to provide the highest level of care.
