Thank you to all who celebrated the CHOC Walk's 30th anniversary event - CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort - on Saturday, August 27! We were thrilled to bring our CHOC community back together after so much time apart, and are on our way to raising over $1.8 million for CHOC.

Why We Fundraise

 

Heidi Miller


Heidi gracefully battled leukemia for over two years thanks to her CHOC Oncology team, who made her smile and feel safe despite how ill she was. Every year, Team Mighty Heidi walk because it's those moments that make Heidi feel like a normal kid and not a child battling for her life.

We fundraise for Heidi.

Savannah & Sebastian

 

Savannah and Sebastian were both transferred to CHOC at birth due to damaged lungs and a heart defect, separated by only two floors. After overcoming what seemed to be an impossible start, today the six-year-olds are inseparable and walk together in the CHOC Walk every year.

We Fundraise for Savannah & Sebastian.

Jojo Kalua Cline

 

At a precious 7 years of age, Jojo took his last breath after a battle with Mitochondrial Deletion Syndrome. But his story didn't stop there: his legacy lives on through the passion of his Team Live Like Jojo that walk in his honor in hopes of sharing his story with the world.

 

We fundraise for Jojo.
