I am so excited to be participating in CHOC Walk's 30th anniversary event - CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort to raise funds for CHOC!
Why I Walk:
- For the Kids: As a non-profit hospital, CHOC Children's relies on community support to provide leading-edge care for infants, children and adolescents close to home. Community outreach and fundraising ensures that we can continue to nurture, advance and protect the health and well-being of children everywhere. The CHOC Walk is CHOC's most important fundraiser, raising almost $3 million every year for the children in our community. CHOC Walk donations make an immediate impact on families going through the most challenging time in their lives, providing the highest level of care not only to patients but the extended family that make up their support teams.
- For our Partner: CHOC is an incredibly important Partner to my awesome employer, Red Door Interactive. Specifically, it's the organization I personally work with closely on the daily. As their partner, I know the importance that CHOC’s Foundation has in supporting the children they serve, and am so excited to show my dedication to the relationship through giving back. While CHOC has many fundraising opportunities throughout the year, the CHOC Walk presents an opportunity to really immerse ourselves in the meaning of the work I do every single day!
- For FUN! I love to hang out with my coworkers and with our awesome clients! RDI TRIP TO DISNEYLAND?! Need I say more…
