Why I fundraise for CHOC at 3 weeks old I went to a routine check up and I found out I was in heart failure. I had to have emergency surgery right away. After my surgery I had to spend several weeks in childrens hospital.
At age six I had to have heart surgery again. Once again at a childrens hospital.
When I was 12 I had to have rodding for scoliosis at CHOC hospital.
When I was 21 I had to have heart surgery again. Even though I was older because of my past history again I was at Choc hospital.
When I was 38 my lungs failed and I had to be on oxygen for almost a year. Even though not at children's hospital, it did bring back memories of the time I spend at children's hospital.
When I worked for an employer that did comunity engagement, I suggested we fund for CHOC. We donate a bunch of toys for radio lollipop, CHOCs radio station for kids while they are at choc hospital. A kid can call up and win one of the toys we donated to the radio station.
Life has been hard for me that's why I always help people in life any way I can. This time I'm asking for your help. Please donate to my Choc party fund. I'm trying to raise 1500 for Choc and so I can go to the VIP party at California Adventure.

I am so excited to be participating in CHOC Walk's 30th anniversary event - CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort to raise funds for CHOC!
Even as the pandemic continues to linger, and has changed our world, one thing remains unchanged: children still count on CHOC to help them get better. Which is why this year’s event will be reimagined so we can once again join together as a community.
Please help me exceed my fundraising goal for the benefit of the children and families of Southern California by:
-Donating now by clicking the "Donate" button above or
-Joining me at this year's event - SAVE THE DATE - Saturday, August 27, 2022 – for the CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort.
Every dollar counts for kids!
Many Thanks,
Heather

I am a Choc kid myself. I have had several surgeries at different children hospitals. One of my surgeries for scoliosis was at Choc. Choc holds a special place in my heart.
I also fund raise for my budy Mario. He has already gotten to the VIP level, however do to safety reason he cant go alone do to his disabilities. I want to get enough funds so we can both go to the VIP party.
I also fund in memory of Patrick and Carter. To leukemia warriors who both lost their battle.
