I am so excited to be participating in CHOC Walk's 30th anniversary event - CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort to raise funds for CHOC!

My son Nathan, our Lionheart, was born with a congenital heart defect that required the first of 3 open heart surgeries to be completed at CHOC at just 6 months old. He is now almost 17 years old, will be a Junior in high school, and races a race car on the weekends, all while currently on his second pulmonary valve replacement. Our family has been blessed beyond measure by the doctors, nurses, and staff at CHOC Hospital and we have made it our mission to give back. Every season, we sell t-shirts for Nathan's race team, Lionheart Racing, the proceeds for which are donated to CHOC. Your additional donations will help us reach out team goal of $3,000.
