CHOC provides the highest level of care- not only to patients, but to the family members that make up their critical support teams as well. I can personally relate to this and can't say enough about how thankful I am to have been treated at CHOC for many years between the ages of 6-21. I had doctors who truly cared for me, access to playrooms and countless movies to watch made my stays 100x better, and Child Life teams found creative ways to support me (and my family). I have had the opportunity to support CHOC by volunteering in the playrooms weekly in 2019, as well as by participating in past CHOC Walks. I am excited to be able to continue that support this year!
