I am joining forces with my best friend from high school to to participate in CHOC Walk's 30th anniversary event - CHOC Adventure in the Park presented by the Disneyland® Resort. While we have shared many experiences together over the years, CHOC Children’s Hospital is one that is very near and dear to the both of us.
Tiziana's son, Gio, spent his first 3 months of life at CHOC and has had countless operations due to complications from being born at 29 weeks and weighing only 1lb 10oz. Gina's son, Grant, underwent a major brain surgery last year to remove a tumor that was causing him to have focal seizures. Both boys continue to be under the incredible care of CHOC with positive outcomes. While we continue to count our blessings, we realize not all families share this experience.
To maximize our fundraising efforts, we have joined forces and created "Team G" for this year’s 30th Disneyland CHOC Walk. The proceeds of the walk go directly to CHOC Hospital to help families like ours in times of need. Please consider joining us either physically or virtually to help an incredible organization.
