Post Event Incentive Pickup


CHOC Walk check-in took place on August 18 - August 19 at South Coast Plaza for participants to pick up their event wristbands, swag and Disneyland® Resort theme park tickets (for those meeting the required fundraising thresholds). For those who were unable to pick up their items prior to the event, or earned additional incentives up to the September 20 deadline, additional options are available below.

Post-Event Prize Fulfillment

  • *Any participants with shirts, pins, medallions or Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets earned up to the September 20, 2023 deadline, or not picked up during check-in, were emailed a survey with details on available pickup options.
    • ​Please look for an email from chocwalk@choc.org titled '2023 CHOC Walk Prize Fulfillment Survey' sent on Thursday, October 5
  • Incentive fulfillment options include:
    • CHOC office pickup dates: 
      • Hours: October 26 - 27, 9am - 4pm
      • Address: 1120 W La Veta Ave, Orange CA 92868
      • Detailed instructions to be sent to participants who choose this option
    • Shipping option: 
      • Expected arrival: mid-November 2023
      • Sent to address on file on your CHOC Walk registration.
      • A shipping confirmation will be emailed once packages have been sent along with an estimated delivery date.
      • *Please note - starting next year, participants will need to pay an additional amount in order to have their items shipped to their home. This will be the last year prizes will be shipped at no additional charge.
    • Opt out of prizes:
      • Participants also have the option to opt out of receiving event incentives. 
      • Any participants who do not respond to the emailed survey will automatically opt out of receiving post-event prizes. 
  • *Deadline to complete your prize fulfillment survey - Thursday, October 19
    • Participants who respond after the deadline will not be eligible for shipping.
