Welcome to my CHOC Walk Fundraising Page!

Carl Dominguez
I'm so excited to be participating in the 2023 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, August 20, to raise funds for CHOC. The CHOC Walk is back!
I can't wait to reunite with our Walk community for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park. You won't want to miss this unique experience filled with entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.
In 2018, our 3rd oldest child- Victoria (Tori) - was diagnosed with brain cancer and had to have brain surgery to remove a sizeable tumor. The surgeons, nursing staff, and all the team members at CHOC were amazing and helped our little Tori, who was only 3 years old then, to a full recovery. Up until now she has remained stable and continues to grow into an amazing young girl, full of energy, and a has a smile that can light up the room. We walk every year to show our endless gratitude for all those who dedicate their lives to young children, just like our Tori, every day and make a difference to the families who love them. Please considering donating or even joining us as part of Team Tori at this year’s CHOC WALK!
Proceeds from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. Help me exceed my fundraising goal for the benefit of the children and families of Southern California by:
-Donating now by clicking the "Donate" button above or
-Joining me at this year's event at the Disneyland® Resort by registering here
Many thanks in advance for helping us make a difference for the children and families of Orange County!
With Gratitude,
Team Tori
