I'm so excited to be participating in the 2023 CHOC fundraising opportunity. I will be prticipatingin the first annual Fort Games at my gym in addition to raising funds with my team. Proceeds raised will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals, specifically for Childhood Cancer.

This is specifically meaningful to me at this time because my family has been praying for and being changed by a little 4-year-old boy named Bryson who is defying odds and beating cancer. Did you know, only 4% of all federal funding for cancer research goes to studies on pediatric cancers? Childhood cancer research is chronically underfunded.
