Hi! I am excited to be participating in the 2023 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by _Disneyland_® Resort on August 20, to raise funds for CHOC Foundation. I am walking for my friends, family members and everyone who lives with health issues. I am also walking for myself! In 2019, I was diagnosed with Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy. This condition makes it difficult for me to transition from sleep to wakefulness. After a year of searching, I found CHOC and the amazing doctors and staff who helped me find the right treatment plan to be able to manage the JME and live an active and fun life!
