CHOC Walkers can continue to fundraise through September 12, 2019, giving you more time to surpass your fundraising goal, earn more prizes and make a difference for children!

Prize Fulfillment Details
  • CHOC Walk prizes including Disneyland® Resort Park Hopper® tickets and Disneyland® Resort Park tickets will be sent directly to the address provided by the participant at the time of registration. All prizes will arrive in the month of November, 2019.
  • Prizes will NOT be sent to P.O. Boxes.
  • To qualify for prizes, all donations including matching gifts must be received by September 12,  2019, 5 PM.
  • All prizes are graciously donated and quantities are limited.
  • CHOC reserves the right to provide equivalents or adjust delivery schedule due to limitations in quantities.
  • Matching gifts may need to be verified by your employer.
  • It is the responsibility of the walker/participant to update their address should they move and prizes can not be replaced.
  • CHOC is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes and will not be able to replace them.
  • CHOC is not responsible for undeliverable prizes due to bad or incorrect addresses provided.
  • Walkers can update their mailing address on their CHOC Walk Fundraising Dashboard, by logging into their Walk Account.
  • Notification of change of address must be submitted to CHOC by September 12, 2019.
  • Should walker's prizes be returned to CHOC because of a bad address, CHOC will attempt to contact the winner.
  • Walkers are responsible for reporting winnings to local and Federal agencies.
*Valid only on 8/11/2019: Each participant raising at least $85 may present your CHOC Walk in the Park wristband to any designated Disneyland® Resort Ticket Booth to purchase (1) specially priced Disneyland® Resort 1-Day Park Hopper® ticket for $93 or 1-Day, 1-Park ticket valid at either Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park for $67, for use on this or your next trip to Disneyland® Resort. Restrictions may apply including block out dates.
Limit: One time purchase per wristband. A maximum of (1) ticket may be purchased per wristband. Terms and conditions on the tickets shall apply. Tickets must be used by expiration date. Subject to change without notice.
