CHOC Walk check-in is for participants to pick up their CHOC Walk t-shirts and wristbands. A CHOC Walk wristband is required in order to gain entry into the CHOC Walk on Sunday, August 11, 2019. 

Check-in is also the time for participants to turn in any funds they many have raised, checks and cash. 

Team Captains and Team Members can check-in for other Walkers, however each participant must have a minimum of $85 in their walker account.

Participants that paid the shipping and handling charge during registration will have their t-shirt and wristband mailed to them directly and do not have to check-in unless they need to turn in any funds.

Last day to register to have your items shipped - July 15, 2019

Please make sure to come to one of the scheduled check-in days below as there is NO check-in offered on Walk Day:
