Hi everyone, I'm going to be participating in the CHOC Walk in the Park fundraiser this month and if you're reading this that means you're one of the few people who know what Sofia has been going through these past few months. CHOC has taken great care of her and so I'm taking this opportunity to fundraise for them through this walk.
