I'm so excited to be participating in the 2024 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, July 21, to raise funds for CHOC!

I was able to join the CHOC Walk in 2023 and it was such a great event to see all the folks that were positively impacted by CHOC. I'm excited to be returning again this year to do the CHOC Walk!

Back in 2019, Disney hosted an event for D23 members and I was invited to it by my friend. There was an honorary Voluntear booth where they showed the technologies that were being developed and used at Children's Hospitals. These technologies were making the stay a little bit easier for the children and helping them keep a positive attitude through their stay. The booth also had a care kit where event go-ers were able to create a small kit that would be given to children at these hospitals. I was inspired to find a way to support their cause and this event will allow me to do so.

Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.
