I'm so excited to be participating in the 2024 CHOC Walk in the Park presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, July 21, to raise funds for CHOC!
I can't wait to reunite with our Walk community for an early morning stroll through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park. You won't want to miss this one-of-a-kind experience filled with special entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.
Every dollar raised from this magical event will support health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. More than two million children a year depend on CHOC. And our community's generosity is what provides access to the best possible care and services.

Our CHOC Foundation hosted an internal fundraiser for our "CHOC BFF" Walk team. It was an 80's themed trivia event, and we raised over $800!
CHOC is different from most hospitals. We believe in the healing power of play. From music therapy to video games to daily visits with Crust the Turtle, CHOC is a place where kids can still be kids. Learn more about CHOC here!
Meet Lois, CHOC's very first resident dog. Together with her handler, a Child Life Specialist, they work together to play a key role in holistic healing by minimizing the stress and anxiety of hospitalization and illness experienced by CHOC patients, and encouraging positive health outcomes- one wag at a time.
This animal assisted therapy program is 100% supported by philanthropy. Your investment is key to sustaining and growing this crucial resource.
