The CHOC Walk is something I have wanted to do ever since I became a CHOC patient a little over 5 years ago. I never participated because I usually was part of a Theatre 29 show when the walk took place. I got sent to CHOC because they were the only hospital in California that had a doctor that specializes in the rare disease of Niemann Pick. (NPC) This hospital really made me feel at ease, whether I was giving a tissue sample, getting blood drawn, or just seeing my doctor. This is my opportunity to give back to one of my favorite hospitals. I encourage all my friends to either donate or join my team, Nena's Pink Coyotes (NPC)! Love, Nena Jimenez
