I am thrilled to announce my participation in the 2024 CHOC Walk in the Park, presented by Disneyland® Resort on Sunday, July 21. This event is more than just a walk—it's a heartwarming journey through Disneyland® park and Disney California Adventure® park, filled with special entertainment and surprises before the parks open to the public.
 

Why This Walk Matters
 

Every step we take and every dollar we raise will directly support vital health care programs, education, and research at CHOC and CHOC at Mission Hospitals. Each year, over two million children rely on CHOC for their medical needs, and it’s our community’s generosity that ensures they receive the best possible care. CHOC has been a beacon of hope, helping countless families by providing expertise in areas such as oncology, neurology, cardiology, and neonatal care.
 

A Personal Connection
 

My journey with Mission Hospital, where I had my first experience working in a hospital, was incredibly formative. I always envisioned continuing my career at CHOC. Although I transitioned out of the medical field, participating in the CHOC Walk is my way of staying connected and making a difference in the lives of children who need it most.
